1. Quick Access Toolbar gives you quick access to commonly used features, such as the Save and Undo features. Clicking on the Quick Access Toolbar down arrow gives you the ability to customize the Quick Access Toolbar, to add and remove any of the commands shown in the toolbar.

2. Title Barconsists of that part of a window where the title of the window appears. Most graphical operating systems and window managers position the title bar at the top of the application window as a horizontal bar.

3. Menu Baris a row or strip of menu items titles that, when clicked, display dropdown menus of other items or commands.

4. Ribbon is a command bar that organizes a program's features into a series of tabs at the top of a window.

5. Ruler is located below the Ribbon around the edge of the document. It is used to change the format of the document.

6.  Scroll Bar - this makes it easy to move to any part of a file.

7. Document Windowis a section of the screen used to display the contents of a document file on a graphical user interface operating system.

8. Navigation Paneis how you switch between the different areas of Outlook, such as MailCalendarContactsTasks, and Notes.

9. Viewing Optionsare a feature that lets you change how the presentation or document appears. The picture shows examples of the view buttons in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in the bottom-right corner of the program.

10. Zoom Slide - this provides a functionality to apply zoom-in and zoom-out operations on a document.

11. Display Options - this shows the document tooltips on hover select this option to display information such as URLs and reviewers' comments in yellow pop-up boxes.
